We don’t need no stinking rest…we’ll start the day with a great Budokon session to warm up and stretch for our CrossFit WOD then we’ll cool down while climbing the walls! Such a nice day!

Four rounds for time of:
Row 500 meters
Rest 3 minutes
TAX DAY!
AMRAP
5 deadlifts (so you know they’re heavy)
13 pushups (just enought to hurt)
9 box jumps (take your breath away)

Rest day? Sweet…make it an active rest day on the climbing walls or rolling on the mats. There are quite a few great routes in the gym and some new moves on the mats so, get in there and get your active rest on!
