Child Policy
RedPoint’s Child Policy
Children ages thirteen (13) years of age and under require the direct supervision of an adult while in the facility, unless they are active members and meet the requirements of the climbing teams described below.
Children fourteen (14) years of age and older do not require the direct supervision of an adult while in the facility and may be dropped off during regular business hours to participate in facility activities under the stipulations of their paid member contract or day pass. Please note, RedPoint does NOT provide direct supervision of your child and leaving your child at the facility is still at your own discretion.
Please Note: ALL guests within our facility, regardless of participation, are REQUIRED to have signed a waiver on file in order to be anywhere in the facility other than the reception area and Pro Shop.
Climbing Teams and Kids Classes
Rock Tots (4 - 6 years), Zoo Crew (7 - 13 years), Junior Performance Team (10+ years), Performance Team (12+ years), and Kids CrossFit are supervised by the Coaches during scheduled class times ONLY. Children may be left in the care of the coach without additional direct adult supervision during de3signated class times. ALL children must be picked up ON TIME after class. RedPoint is NOT responsible for children left unattended immediately preceding or directly after class times. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for being aware of class start and end times.
Child Drop Off/Pick Up Policy
Drop off: For the safety of our children, a parent and/or legal guardian, or an adult with direct written permission from the parent and/or legal guardian, is required to walk a child into the facility and check them in with the front desk. A child walking into the facility unaccompanied by an adult will be required to sit in the lobby until a parent or legal guardian arrives.
Pick up: To further ensure the safety of our children, a parent and/or legal guardian, or adult with direct written permission from the parent and/or legal guardian, is required to physically enter the building in order to pick up the child at the end of class time. No child will be permitted to leave the facility without being accompanied by an approved adult.
