Please be aware that the CrossFit gym is only open during Class times and specific Open Gym times listed below.
Mon. - Thurs. 4pm, 5pm, 5:30pm, 6pm and 6:30pm
Fri. 4pm, 5pm, 5:30pm
10am and Open Gym 10am - 1pm; Sat. 11:15am Fundamentals*
Sun. 1pm and Open Gym 1pm - 3pm
Tuesday & Thursday 6am - Early Bird CrossFit Class

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind.
