On-Ramp is a program designed to introduce new clients to CrossFit. This class will go over the fundamental skill sets of CrossFit, focusing on proper technique and alignment.

Who should attend On-Ramp at RedPoint?
On-Ramp is specifically designed for new CrossFitters at RedPoint. However, anyone is welcome to attend regardless of experience to help refine and improve your technique.

How many classes will I need to attend to complete On-Ramp?
All individuals who are new to CrossFit at RedPoint should attend and complete one hour and a half class, which is held every Saturday at 11:30. However, should the trainer find the need for continued On-Ramp training, some CrossFitters may be asked to attend additional classes to ensure everyone is fully knowledgeable in the fundamental skill sets of CrossFit.
What is the On-Ramp Schedule and how long is each class?
On-Ramp is held every Saturday at 11:30 am. The class is one and a half hours long.
What is included in the On-Ramp curriculum?
The goal of On-Ramp is to help new CrossFitters smoothly transition into the regular group classes. Therefore, On-Ramp emphasizes proper technique in CrossFit movements and lifts. Some topics covered include learning how to properly squat, correct Olympic weight lifting technique, the importance of warm-ups and check-outs, among many others.

How can I track my progress?
We highly recommend you track your progress in CrossFit. We have created CrossFit Journals that include an initial health assessment, a break-down of the fundamental movements of CrossFit, journal sheets and more! You can purchase this journal at the front desk from one of our lovely front desk staff for $10.
